Data updates must be made in the account, using the form we provide for this purpose.
Modification, reproduction, copying, distribution, sale, resale, or other forms of exploitation of this Website, for commercial purposes or not, is prohibited.
All intellectual property rights regarding the Website and its contents belong to Forprint.com, unless expressly stated otherwise.
PRODUCT USAGE
The products sold by Forprint.com are strictly intended for office printing only. Our products CANNOT be used in the food or cosmetic industries.
Forprint.com does not sell ink for food printing or cosmetic purposes.
Forprint.com does not guarantee that our products can be used for sublimation techniques, transfer techniques, or printing on materials other than standard paper.
Forprint.com does not sell ink cartridges for printers purchased outside the European Union.
Forprint.com is not responsible for the blocking of compatible consumables due to firmware, software, or driver updates carried out by printer manufacturers after the product's purchase date. The execution of such updates is the sole responsibility and risk of the user.

PRODUCT AND SERVICE PRICES
Opening an account and using the service are free, with no obligation to purchase.
The prices provided include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and can be changed without prior notice.
Forprint.com reserves the right to cancel any orders where the final price is incorrect or outdated, notifying customers of this fact, whenever possible, before payment is made.
If payment has already been made, the customer will be fully refunded; however, if the customer decides to proceed with the order, they will have to pay the correct amount or any difference on an amount previously paid.
The photographs displayed on the Website are purely illustrative. Any questions about the products can be clarified by email, phone, or by using our Chat.
We make every effort to ensure the information presented is free of any errors, and whenever they occur, we will correct them as soon as possible.
If the information presented does not match the product's characteristics, the Customer has the right to resolve the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.
All page yield estimates correspond to a 5% page coverage, according to industry standards.
DELIVERIES
The estimated delivery time for our “In Stock” products is 24 to 48 business hours.
Shipments are only made during business days, and weekends/holidays are not counted towards delivery times.
All delivery times are merely indicative and subject to change due to warehouse errors, carrier delays, and/or other unforeseen events.
Any delay in the dispatch of items, compared to the provided estimates, does not grant the right to compensation.
Orders for products with an "On Request" (Por Consulta) availability status are subject to extended delivery times and cannot be canceled once confirmed/paid. These items are usually specially requested to fulfill the order that requires them.
Upon receiving the goods, the customer must check that the packaging is in good condition. If you notice any defect resulting from transport, you must refuse the delivery.
All received items must be verified within a maximum of one business day. If any damage is found, it must be reported to Forprint.com immediately so that a claim can be filed with the transport company to activate the transport insurance.
In these situations, you must gather all the information requested by our staff, namely photographs of the damage and the shipping label. You must not discard any packaging, wrapping, or material that accompanies the order.
RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
All returns or RMAs must be previously communicated by phone, at +351 211 45 00 75 (cost of a call to the Portuguese national fixed network), to our customer service. Otherwise, Forprint.com reserves the right not to accept the return.
Returns will only be accepted within a maximum of 14 days after the order receipt date.
All consumables returned under warranty are subject to technical verification, printing tests, and weighing of the ink/toner level. We will not accept exchanges or refunds for products that show a consumption level greater than 15% of their nominal capacity, empty items, or those whose serial/batch numbers do not match Forprint.com's shipping records.
Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, accessories, and original packaging, and their shipment must be communicated to Forprint.com through the returns form available on our Website.
- Items that present problems during the 14 days after delivery and whose problem cannot be fixed remotely will be collected at no cost to the customer for analysis and/or possible exchange.
- All items beyond the 14-day period that present problems and whose problem cannot be resolved remotely must be sent to our warehouses for analysis, according to the details provided at the time.
- Returns will not be accepted for products whose warranty/security seal is torn, cut, or broken, or whose accessories (labels, plastic accessories, box, etc.) are missing.
- In the case of contract resolutions within the 14-day period (right of withdrawal), the refund of the amount paid by the customer (including the initial shipping costs of the order) will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, following the receipt and verification of the products' condition. The direct costs of returning the goods to our facilities are borne by the customer.
- We will not accept returns of any products (defective or under warranty) sent cash-on-delivery to our offices or warehouses.
- Items showing misuse by the customer will not be covered by the warranty or accepted for return.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for ink cartridges, toners, or other items that, once used or opened, cannot be resold, except in cases of lack of conformity (factory defect).
- When there are amounts to be refunded, the monetary reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 10 business days, counting from the receipt of the Credit Note duly validated by the customer (a legally mandatory accounting procedure).
- All our consumables have a three-year warranty unless stated otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS
Under applicable legal terms, Forprint.com allows the exchange or return of items within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without compensation payment and without needing to state a reason.
The right of withdrawal (cancellation within 14 days) is exclusively applicable to end consumers (B2C), in accordance with current legislation. Purchases made with a corporate Tax ID / VAT number (B2B) are governed by the general rules of the Civil Code, and do not have the right of return by mere withdrawal.
To do so, the Customer must communicate their intention in writing, via email or letter. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice (Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14).
In these cases, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) in good condition and with all accompanying accessories to our warehouses.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
All purchases made on Forprint.com are subject to Portuguese legislation.
The responsibility of Forprint.com is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product. Forprint.com declines any liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or possible repairs to the customer's printing equipment, unless proven by an official technical report from an authorized service center of the equipment manufacturer.
Any situation not covered here will be considered by Forprint.com with the customer's best interest in mind.
Notoriously abusive situations may trigger internal or external procedures by Forprint.com.
