GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESALE FOR PROFESSIONALS
The conditions detailed bellow, apply to all products we sell. These General Conditions of Sale may be changed without notice and will be valid until the publication of new conditions.

RESALE ACCOUNT
The creation of a reseller account, is always subjected to approval by the Forprint.com, which will request documentation proving the data and the correct framework of the business area.

PHOTOGRAPHS, FEATURES AND PRICES
Due to the constant evolution suffering of our products, all pictures included on the website shall be seen as an example and not as a true reflection of the product. Thus all characterístics of our products are susceptive to be altered without previous warning. Every price that shows up in our website after imputing the log in with resell account, are prices for professionals and don´t include VAT.

REQUESTS
The requests can be made or checked by, the webpage, telephone, or e-mail. Due to the different paying methods, we recommend that you indicate the paying method on the request according to our conditions. It is also essential to indicate the desired place of delivery.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We consider as possible the following forms of payment:
• Anticipated Bank Tranfer
• ATM Reference
• Conter delivery with an added fee of 2.99€, through check or cash on delivery.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
Orders placed until 17:00 are sent by carrier and delivered in 24/48 from Monday to Friday. Transport costs will be paid by the customer.

RETURNS
The sales made following these sale conditions for professionals, are considered consolidated sales, applying the return of conditions marked by the sale of laws for distribution. Still, Forprint.com makes available to its clients the possibility of return within 30 days of the purchase invoice date. For this option to be effective, it will only be accepted when the product is in the same condition when it was sold, not admitting openned products, handled, or damage of any kind on the package. The transport of goods returned to our warehouse will always be for the account and risk of the customer, not admitting returns of products that have been damaged in this transport.

WARRANTY
Our articles are protected by a guarantee. Forprint.com garantees the quality and the proper functionig of the products they sold. During the warranty períod defined for each product, Forprint.com, undertakes to repair or replace it with another equal or similar characteristics. The transport of the damaged goods and effectively covered by the guarantee will be the customer sole responsability. Sending the customer to our premises will be together with your next order. These warranties do not cover misuse, normal product wear or third-party equipment.

COMPLAINTS
In case of deterioration of the material caused by the transport, we can only accept complaints that are made within a maximum of 24 hours to put reservations on the waybill. Complaints concerning quantity, quality or specifications, are considered only when there is an error on our website should be present during the 5 days of the invoice date. Any claim or return is accepted only with a copy of the invoice. Properties and rights. Forprint.com retains ownership and title to the goods until payment is made by the customer. Our customers have the right to access the information concerning him / her in our customer file and to cancel or rectify the same in case of being incorrect.
